Changes to my print product due to audience feedback
Firstly, I changed the subscription offer on the front cover of my Frida Kahlo front cover. I also added the price (bottom right) to my cover to adhere to conventions. My selling line is 'celebrating the spectacular' because my brand is mostly about recognising influential people, so I felt this selling line fits well with that concept. I also made sure both covers had the same barcode. In terms of my context page, I made some minor grammatical changes and included more references via intertextuality in my copy- 'Woman in Vegas wins big' to 'What happens in Vegas...' This is a reference to the renowned movie 'What happens in Vegas,' and I decided to use this as the target demographic is likely to recognise this. I have decided to use more cultural references within the contents copy because the audience may recognise this and relate to it when they read the contents.
